One-third of your Yoga & Keto Blue Cruise Retreat is open for you to customise to your needs and wishes – with for example individual yoga, hiking, Keto cooking workshops, wellness treatments and more. The remaining two-thirds of the programme is designed to give you more strenghts and balance.  With daily yoga and Keto diet our aim is to give you a week with unforgettable experiences, feeling relaxed yet full of power.

In May, Göcek is sunny with a very comfortable climate. The average daily temperature is 21°C, with a maximum of 26°C – so pack cool and light, with a light sweater or cardigan for the nights. And ofcourse don’t forget to pack your swimmwears!

I am a certified Reformer instructor, which is the form of training I primarily teach now – and also the training I am most excited about myself! I season my professional knowhow with equal parts humour, energy, enthusiasm, and of course endless passion for what I do.

The aim of my yoga classes is to create a space where you can find inner peace and focus, and where we stay in the present moment and listen to what our bodies are telling us. I like to mix various yoga styles in my teaching – including Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin – for the most optimal flow according to the intention of the session. Besides teaching yoga, I work as an independent development consultant in the NGO sector and civil society as well as for Mellemfolkelig Samvirke in Aarhus, where I also use both yoga and mindfulness tools.
