October Balance Retreat

On a Balance Retreat, the programme is two-thirds full of vitalising exercise and experiences. The last third we customise to your personal balance – with for instance personality profiling, individual yoga or toning lessons, coaching, alkalising cooking workshops, and more.

In October, Bodrum is very comfortable: sunny but not too hot. The average daily temperature is around 21°C, with a maximum of 27°C, so pack cool clothing, perhaps with a light cardigan or sweater for the slightly cooler nights. The programme includes a sailing cruise, so don’t forget to pack swimwear if you want to enjoy the Aegean Sea, which is approx. 23°C in October.

I season my professional knowhow with equal parts humour, energy, enthusiasm, and of course endless passion for what I do.

The aim of my yoga classes is to create a space where you can find inner peace and focus, and where we stay in the present moment and listen to what our bodies are telling us. I like to mix various yoga styles in my teaching – including Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin – for the most optimal flow according to the intention of the session. Besides teaching yoga, I work as an independent development consultant in the NGO sector and civil society as well as for Mellemfolkelig Samvirke in Aarhus, where I also use both yoga and mindfulness tools.
